2008 Grant Reporting Documents The requirements below apply to all Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation grants awarded for the 2008 fiscal year.
Please read the important instructions, download and complete the Progress Report form and/or Reimbursement form as they apply to your grant's reporting due dates. All reporting materials were provided for you in your organization's original award letter and memorandum of agreement. Please consult this document for more information and specifics on your organization's grant requirements. Please submit your grant reports and reimbursement with the subject line of, "Grant Reports" and/or "Reimbursements." Reports may be submitted via Mail, Email, OR Fax. If emailed or faxed, the document must be signed prior to submission. Submit reports to:
Reports are due in our office on your required due date, this is NOT a post-mark date. If your due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, make sure the reports are in to use by the Friday before. DOCUMENTS: Reimbursement Form All cash awards are dispersed on a reimbursable basis. The reimbursement form should be submitted with each request for reimbursement. Funds may be used only for direct operating costs associated with stated project activities. Note: 50% of your total grant amount must be requested before May 30, 2008. All funds must be appropriately expended or obligated 15 days after your award period ends. Progress Report Form Most Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation grant programs require a Progress Report be submitted both midway through the program and at the end of your program. Again, please refer to your award letter and memorandum of agreement for your exact Progress Report deadlines. Progress Reports will include an overview of the progress made toward the program, successes and challenges, number of youth participating and the estimated impact of the program on the youth participating. |
