Lily joined the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation in August 2022. She attended Louisiana State University before transferring to Salisbury University, where she graduated cum lade with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and minor in English. Before joining the Foundation, Lily worked as a Product Manager at a financial publishing company in Baltimore. There, she was able to hone her leadership skills while gaining valuable experience in a team-building environment. Lily grew up with a passion for volunteer work. While in college, she continued to spend her time assisting local homeless facilities and animal shelters. She is excited to aid the Foundation in impacting underserved communities around the country.
