Renee joined the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation in October 2022. She is a seasoned development professional with extensive business development, project management, and customer service experience. As a member of the Ripken Foundation's finance department, Renee will be working on grant administration. 

Before coming to the Foundation, Renee was the Director of Major Gifts at LifeBridge Health, Inc., and served in other resource development roles at The Buddy Foundation of Maryland; University of Maryland School of Medicine; Johns Hopkins University; and The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. 

Renee has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drake University and is an avid sports fan and dog lover.
