Tracey joined the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation in 2021 as a Program Coordinator. Prior to the Foundation, she was working in youth development and program management at the Y of Central Maryland and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore. Tracey graduated from Susquehanna University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Stevenson University in 2021 with her master’s degree in Community-Based Education and Leadership. Tracey is looking forward to continuing her impact on youth to help them find their niche and be a part of something bigger through the work of the Foundation.
