The Ripken Foundation was joined by South Baltimore Gateway Partnership for a fun day of sports at Reedbird Park. We were joined by kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, Baltimore Parks and Recreation, and the Cherry Hill Eagles Football Foundation. Youth had a blast participating in two friendly flag football games on the brand new turf field. All kids in attendance also received an Under Armour t-shirt and were treated to dinner after the games. The kids were especially excited by their surprise visit from former NFL player Matt Lawrence.
