The Ripken Foundation hosted our first Ripken Live session of 2021 this week focused on peer pressure. Joining us were officers from the Prince George’s County Police Athletic League! The officers led the kids in different activities such as, creating skits to showcase different scenarios kids could face and how they could or should respond. Our Ripken Live sessions give kids the opportunity to interact with positive mentors and law enforcement officers from across the county while learning about resiliency, leadership, respect, and other character-building skills.
