The Ripken Foundation and ExxonMobil teamed up to open two new STEM Centers in the Belen and Los Lunas school districts in New Mexico. At the beginning of February, staff and students from Gil Sanchez Elementary School and Tome Elementary School joined us to celebrate with a ribbon cutting. Teachers/mentors and students were also given the opportunity to try out some of the new educational STEM products that are included with the Center, like Bee-Bots and Snap Circuits. Tome Elementary School and Gil Sanchez Elementary School are our 276th and 277th STEM Centers.
