The Ripken Foundation hosted a virtual STEM training with mentors from Devon Energy and Jal Elementary in New Mexico. This training provided practical tips and resources our program partners that help them to understand and implement the Ripken Foundation STEM program. Jal Elementary is now our 71 STEM Center! In addition, our program partners got to learn more about the Foundation and all the resources we provide!
The Ripken Foundation STEM Centers are designed for youth organizations and schools to get youth interested in STEM through hands-on learning. Each mobile STEM Center comes fully installed with the latest technology, the Ripken Foundation STEM Center Curriculum Guidebook for mentors, and customizable activity kits that include hands-on games and activities.
