Prince George’s (PG) County Police Athletic League (PAL) in Hyattsville, MD has been a partner of the Ripken Foundation for over 10 years! Since our partnership started, they have been running our Badges for Baseball program. In addition, they host their own version of our Summer Camp and in 2019 started running our Healthy Lifestyle program. During our most challenging years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, PG County PAL continued to participate in our At-Home STEM and Virtual Fitness programs. They implement a year-round program that engages at-risk youth with sports and activities, such as, baseball, martial arts, arts and crafts, and running/cross country. The Ripken Foundation is grateful to PG County PAL and all our partners that continue to help us live out our mission.
